"Wayne".  I've contact the customer service several times and been fortunate to have him assist me.  He is always professional, patient and a great asset to your organization.  I can only image having to deal with so many individuals on a daily basis can be trying at times.  Please pass on my positive comments and employees like "Wayne" are defiantly an asset to your organization.

I wanted to tell you. As a marketing specialist.... there are
so many hosting companies competing for the same dollar. I look at that.
What made me choose to stay with you after doing domains originally with
you? Not convenience. I looked elsewhere. I appreciate that you
anticipate my needs and make offerings with options to fit my needs. You
provide an easy, one stop fit that I haven't yet outgrown. Big kudos on
that. That's nothing small. The average consumer will transfer allegiance
for savings, but will stay if it is more feasible that the benefit of
change. The basic law. I checked out the competition before purchase. I
did. Trust me. They annoyed me. Badgered me with "this is why we're
better..." blah, blah, blah. But they didn't offer to top anything you
already had in place.
